[Mod Post] Layout Change
As you can see we have a new layout, yet again. >>;; Both sukikio and I liked the last one, buuut ionomiya didn't since it killed her eyes, so it had to go. XD Hopefully this one will last more than two weeks.

Note: I had my suspicions, and it turns out this tutorial works best for icons containing a cool color scheme. If you want to use an image with a warm scheme, mess around with a Selective Color layer or just take a risk and see how this works :D
