Holy Shit
So, my meeting with the editor of one of our papers went well!
I'm going to be PUBLISHEDDDDDDD ahhhhhhhh I can't even believe it. She wants me to write on things,clubs, extra curriculars, ect that don't get covered because of our obsession with sports.
ANYWAY-
My first piece will come out in a week or so, it's going to be on preparing for district contests for FFA. I'm going into the office next monday(the 26th) to take a tour :)
On top of this, at state convention, there is a paper that's put out all three days and I'm filling out an application to be an intern in the newsroom! It even asks if we have cameras and if so, what brand/model. theehehheheheheehheheeee I get to take mine down and show it off.
Barn went well. Brought in the girls from the field and rotated to put Simmy and Fritzy out. Fritzy was suprisingly good, no pulling, shoving, diving ect. Lunged Cisco for all of about 5 minutes because I had to bust my ass to change and get to school on time, lol. I can't WAIT for spring so it will actually be light out at 6 in the morning and Sue and I can get wayyyy more done! An hour and a half just isn't quite enough time to get anything useful done. She asked if I'd be there everyday, as she wasn't sure of my schedule and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I would be! However there probably will be somedays that I don't go when AP gov and lit catch up with me or the weather is bad, ect. Tomorrow I'm going up to ride with Julie, about 7ish. She was like, I'm lonely without you! LOL.
