There's words being exchanged- something about a "pilgrimage" and a "journey to Kilika," and "May Yevon watch over you."
There's several goodbyes, and even a few tearful sobs from some unknown voices, as you can hear water, and then a boat move away from wherever the recording is going along. The people's voices get more distant, but you can hear feet clicking on the boards of the ship now.
