So, I was down in Carmel this last weekend and I happened into a cute little Kinkade gallery hidden in a little garden. Now, I've always liked Kinkade's work, but I never really found a painting that just shouted "YOU MUST HAVE ME!!!" quite like this one:
Yes, that is Tinkerbelle above the castle. Now you see why I had to have it. And with a little help from my Dad, I got the big one (30x40). On the 29th I get to go and watch it being highlighted and take it home. :) I also get to see the cutie who works in said gallery again. ;) For the record, she was not a part of my decision to buy the painting. (I swear) But, it is a nice bonus that she promised to call me and remind me about the 29th. Even though we both agreed that I wouldn't need reminding. :)
