i know exactly what you mean, ann landers (j/k about the landers) i have the same problem voicing my anger, so do what i did, and write it down. words mean a lot, not just when they come out of your mouth, either. whatever your beef is, trust me, a letter will get it out there as painless as possible. i'm still not sure how my letter to my roommate has gone over, but either way, i know that my opinoins and grievances will finally be heard. so, if all else fails or nothing else seems like it's gonna work, just write it down and pass it on to that person. it'll do you a whole lot of good, if nothing else.
I'm not sure you can consider this advice, per se, but I tend to just broil -- and then I tend to throw things. If you can get someplace where throwing things is ok, and get ahold of some things that can be thrown (those things that break and don't have to be put back together -- like a coke can, nice explosion when thrown against a wall but no actual damage -- work best), it's actually a great stress reliever. Of course, you could also take up a game that involves hitting things, raquettball, for instance. I think that's more than enough sociopathic input for one night ...
