I think, personally, it might be an internal employee. How could you possibly be stupid enough to not put down a name *AT ALL* when someone calls-in to activate a phone?! Honestly, I know some reps are possibly a bit vapid at times, but that just screams loudly at me.

At any rate, I'm dealing with it. Or rather I have been for at least the last 1.5 hours. Finally I get a reprieve until the Fraud Specialist talks to her supervisor. *facepalm*
