Shit.

So, I pushed the Drama Programme into giving me an answer as i didn't want to burn any bridges over here in the UK by waiting around forever for a reply. And now i kinda wished i didn't know:

Zack,
Glad to hear that life is both hectic and glittery. I completely understand
your want of concrete information and deadlines.
At this point, preliminary offers of intent have gone out for the MFA
program. And while there is support for your application, an offer cannot be
made until we receive responses from pending applicants. This dilemma is one
of finance, as we are a small program and do not have the resources to bring
in all parties who auditioned successfully.
The process is extremely incremental and situations can change daily. In the
states, negotiations go on through April 15th so that a student may take
another school's offer without penalization through that date. After April
15th, all offers must be either accepted or not, so April 16th would be the
ultimate last date for receiving an offer.
I would very much enjoy being in a position to make you an offer at this
time, unfortunately I am not in that situation. My advice is to concentrate
on the bird in the hand, as I very much enjoyed meeting you and would not
want you to burn so many bridges.

This leaves me in the situation for the first time in ages being absolutely clueless as to what's next.
I just need to get through this weekend first, and then worry about it once Midsummer is over.
The next two days determines the last 30% of my degree - I've just got to stay focussed.

If anyone has any life ideas for me, preferably involving the US, please send them on a postcard.
