About time! Haha. Let's see what Fanfic commandments I've broken... Ah, number 8; admittedly Potential went rather fast as far as the relationships go. But I'll do better next time. :nods solemnly: As for number 10, generally I agree, but AUs change a person's situation, so I give a bit of OOC leeway, but nothing ridiculous.

The shonen-ai commandments made me laugh. I think these should be one of those must-agree-to-so-you-can-registar things. Haha. Especially holding a fic hostage for reviews. It's one thing to require at least one review to update, another to demand whole damn lot of them.

Thanks for sharing. ^^

well then *pats you* anyway, i still agree on them that even though its an AU, its not an excuse to make the character OOCs. and it pertains to the abusive AU fics that are bleeding of OOCs.

heck yes. i did laugh too, in a sense of hell yeah, you're right. i understand what the authors feel about their stories and the need to review. heck, i feel it too, but then again, its bad to take your next chapter as a hostage just to make the readers review your work.

and oh. your kimimaro icon is pretteh.

I think there should be 10 commandments for reviewing. Like, not JUST saying 'update'.

I've read such HORRID AU fanfics. I don't mind it when Sasuke isn't angst like mad, but making him cheerful? And sociable? :shudder: The only OOC that I don't mind is HyperAndNice!Itachi. Simply because it's so damn funny. But my favorite kind of Itachi is the 'stoic with a soft spot for his brother' kind. Because it's rather sweet.

Oooh, I colored Kimimaro all by myself. I have near-nonexistant skills in computer art. XD

LOL. those kind of reviews annoy me. like you're some kind of fanfic factory to push on and on whenever they want a story. geez. have a life, people. the writers do.

a cheerful and sociable sasuke is not sasuke. unless that's the uber-uke!sasuke before the massacre happened. but i still doubt that sasuke is still angst-free even without the severe trauma. he is kishimoto's favourite chew toy, after all. we need to comply with the authors preference.
the only OOC that i've read and tolerated is the big badmischievous brother itachi because i think that it quite nostalgic of the happy uchiha family past.

I think even if the massacre never happened, he would still have reason to be moody. Especially because he'd always been in Itachi's shadow, that and the whole issue with his father. I'd like to believe Mikoto, that he really is proud of Sasuke, but even so Fugaku isn't exactly affectionate or anything... Hell, if it got bad enough, he might end up rebelling against the clan and joining Orochimaru anyway. And then Mikoto would ground him and say he can't give his body to a creepy snake-man.

ah yeah. i've forgotten that. i've also thought about that once. that if ever his clan is still alive he would still suffer from this feeling of inadequacy and insecurity because of itachi and his father. but well, perhaps if they were still alive now, fugaku might have the time of showing his appreciation to his youngest son. and yeah, sasuke is undoubtely a mama's boy. (and it was always the youngest that moms love, anyway) not to mention he looks like his mom

and given the circumstance, i think that there is a less possibility of him joining the clan. his resolve would not be as strong as it is now, since he'd more likely grow up as a sheltered kid unlike naruto. and damn. another plot bunny is dangerously coming up.

Although, if the clan wasn't massacred, he'd be less bastard and more kicked dog. He and Naruto might get along quicker than in the canon. And, if anyone other than Naruto could convince him not to join Orochimaru, it would be his mother. He isn't trying to gain her approval, but he doesn't want to disappoint her. If she saw him now she would probably wrap him in a big hug and tell him everything would be okay. I loved Mikoto; she was such a sweetheart. And wikipedia claims he was a jounin too. Who'da thunk it? Itachi and Sasuke got their looks from their mother and their bad attitude from their father.

A plot bunny? OH NOES! Quick! Shoot it!

the advantage of being not angst-ridden and introverted because of the 'tragedy' would be that he could retain that cheerful cute thing he was once. yes, i was thinking that it would be possible, if his parents will still alive. of course, his angstness is still there (courtesy of itachi and fugaku)but not that much since we have mikoto. cutely cheerful at the very least (not obnoxious like naruto) but spiced with some bit of stoicness, i suppose.

*holds the plot bunny hostage until further notice* want it? i think i'll start giving away plot bunnies since i think of them most of the time and i dont have the luxury of writing them all. ugh. im too slow.

He might actually smile. And laugh. Oh my. I think he'd be a bit on the timid side, but not like Hinata shy. Just a bit quiet. And he'd have that stoicness, yes. It would probably piss off Naruto and they would fight and bicker. XD I guess that's never going to change.

Ah, I can't take the plot bunny. I've got a handful of my own stories to wrestle through. Just hide it under your bed and save it for later.
