Is it illegal to use an unsecured wireless access point?

In Florida, it is.I happen to agree with the last bit, that accessing shouldn't be a crime, but doing something illegal while accessing, should be. (IE, make the access itself illegal as a "tack-on" offense, like wearing body armor in the commission of a crime ( Read more... )
