Lets start from the beginning: the new M1100. This particular M1100 had paint peeling from the side of the plastic tank. The edges of the tank were also not smooth and were rough- almost unfinished. I hope the actual production models will be of better quality. And unfortunately it looked like some idiot has already dropped the thing pretty good on the left side.(mirror, bar end were scrapped and the exhaust was scrapped stuck up and out from where it should have hung.)
Here is something I thought was interesting. Ducati usually has most of their models standing on a mirrored surface so you can see the bottom, check out the curves on the exhaust.
Hypermotard time: I do really like the way the Hypermotard looks. Although I haven't test ridden one yet I bet they are a lot of fun.
The new FZ6r: Might as well call it the FZR as it really doesn't look anything like the FZ6 anymore. I have mixed feelings about this bike - it looks very similar to the kawi ex650(the new one)
The new "gladius" aka - SV650. The tank has two plastic covers on each side. I found a spider tucked away between the tank and this cover - not a pleasant surprise. I like styling, very... ducati looking really, clean and updated. The radiator covers(plastic) stick out far so I would worry about in the event of a tip over, it causing serious damage. And I'm not really liking the whole one-piece rearset that a few of the manufactures have gone to.
New GSXR100: I like, I like a lot.
Kawis:
Versys:
Good thing when he was checking out some girls he wasn't really riding.
New EX650:
ERn6:
Ninja 250 new paint scheme:
And my favorites: KTM
For starters, we have the new RC8: Drool
Then we have the 690 Duke(my favorite). Fit me like a glove. I wish I had been able to test ride one, unfortunatly KTM has a few age limits on their test rides... which I fell two months short of :(
And I saw this on the R1 sitting outside:
It says "crossplane i4" - I hasn't seen this before on an R1.
