The Silent Wall - Playlist
I never came up with any playlist, back when I first worked on this story, so here's one for this year's NaNo: Eien - The Silent Wall on YouTube.
Please note I haven't included tracks for all characters and chapters, I'm never completely done with my playlists, and am always liable to add more songs later.

- Arimachi Masahiko - Through the Night: Opening to Outlaw Star, and to me it's always been a good opening to the Varsan arc of Eien.
- I Will Never Be the Same - Skyhunter: The lyrics don't exactly match, but the general theme fits the way the Varsan war machine is advancing on other countries.
- Green Day - Boulevard of Broken Dreams: Probably an appropriate fit for Ren.
- Genesis - Land of Confusion
- Hidden Citizens - Land of Confusion (a different cover of the one above; the one by Disturbed is pretty interesting as well, by the way)
- Runrig - Engine Room: Because there's going to be Air Force pilots and mechanics and Kittin tinkering with engines and stuff.
- Fraunhofer Diffraction - Last Light
- Blockheads - Rise: Does fit quite a few Waisen
- New World Revolution - Illuminate Me: One of Ren's themes.
- Wontolla - Can You Feel Me
- Ashes Remain - On My Own
- Hammerfall - Last Man Standing

- Mountains vs Machines - Reigniting: When Ren gets shit done.
- Gloryhammer - Universe On Fire: Disregard the 'space' part, but this one will fit a couple of action scenes otherwise.
- Pennywise - Revolution: Waisen
- Softengine - Broken Reflection: Probably Emmerich at some point?
- Papa Roach - Face Everything and Rise: Emmerich after the turn of the story.
- Five Finger Death Punch - Wrong Side of Heaven: This one for Emmerich as well, I think.
- New World Revolution - Double Agents: Maybe or maybe not for The Silent Wall exactly, but it'll be used for a specific scene involving Ren and Emmerich
