Day 29
So what, I haven't updated every day of the month? You sure you want to say a post a day just for a word count? No? Thought so. ;)
Still, today's word count is 90,532 / 50,000. With a little over 5k written today.
I'm still unsure whether I'll manage to reach 100k by Tuesday evening, since I have many things to do for schoolon Tuesday. Maybe I'll have some time to write more tomorrow, though, depending on where my training course is held, if I can use my netbook to take notes (and write in-between taking notes, haha), if I don't come home too late... We'll see.
So far in the story:
* Shit is hitting the fan in Scotland.
* Emergency state officially declared on February 12.
* Dresca makes its moves, one after the other.
* Lilias gets a nasty surprise.
* Aidan and Mina face a dream-related gloomy prospect. (Writing that one actually made me cry. No shit. I hadn't had this happen in... ages?)
* Edinburgh's governor asks for the King's help.
Soon to come (well, I hope):
* Yeats being an ass to Wilhelmina.
* Aidan and Mina getting in quite a row over the use of the Impulsion weapon. (Which will lead to the pr0n scene. XD)
* The official royal order to raze down Edinburgh.
* Evacuating the city.
