The wind blew forcefully through the trees as a light rain began to whip itself viciously against the tall grass and bushes. Karasu slowly pushed himself up off the ground after waking up from a short rest. As Karasu ventured further into the forest, he eventually caught sight of and unfamiliar figure out of the corner of his eye. This figure appeared to be seeking shelter from the rain. Stopping for a moment, he slowly moved behind another group of trees to watch.

He had nothing better to do... so why not stalk this unknown being for a moment or two?

Karasu continued observing this being, drawing a bit closr minute by minute.

"Who might you be...?" he asked once his voice was within hearing range. Flitting up into a tree, he gazed down at the being through narrowed eyes, awaiting an answer.

Karasu chuckled softly, smirking under the metal mask that covered most of his face.

"I don't normally -eat- my victims, per se... It's usually a matter of wasting away their fragile bodies slowly and painfully..." he said, his tone sounding somewhat amused.

"As for right now, dear stranger... I am in no mood to torture and kill--or whatever you were thinking..." he said, pausing for a moment. "... Unless you had such an idea in mind. I could easily change my mind and claim your life right here and now..." he said tauntingly, though in a joking manner. He wasn't kidding though... Karasu never kidded about such things.

Flitting down to a lower branch, but closer to the other youkai, he leaned down slightly to get a better look at him. He was rather curious after all. He kept a good distance, however. He never allowed his curiosity to drop his guard.
