Nyanko-sensei ga Iku! 4-koma comics translation
Hey, did you guys know that Lala Melody Online is publishing a series of 4-panel gag manga called "Nyanko-sensei ga Iku!" (There Goes Nyanko-sensei!) , drawn by Kanechiku Junko? It's short chapters consisting of 5 comics each, containing parodies and jokes about not just Nyanko-sensei, but all the characters from Natsume Yuujinchou. It's really cute and funny, so I was surprised to find so little information about it! =O I only found out that it existed because there was an advertisement for it in volume 18 of the Japanese manga, no one seems to be talking about it, or scanlating it(at least, not beyond the first chapter or two). So I decided to translate them myself, because more people need to read this adorable fluff!
As of now, I've finished translating all 25 chapters that are currently out, and I've been posting the text translations here at Mangahelpers.
The translations are text-only as of now, but here's some random favourites under the cut, to give you an idea of what it's like:
The comics are available for free on the site I linked above, however, it doesn't seem to be possible to save the images... So scanlating them involves making a print screen of every single panel and then pasting them together, which seems rather time-consuming. Unfortunately I don't have the time to edit and typeset all of them like this by myself right now, but if anyone here is interested in scanlating, go ahead and feel free to use my translations if you want! With credit though, please m(_ _)m
