They had to escape before it happened. They ran. She pulled him behind her but his legs were shorter. He was falling behind…he wasn’t going to make it before the blooming moon. He could taste the bitter chocolate that was forming on his tongue. She felt like an idiot still trying to hold on. She ran blindly, still pulling him behind her refusing to open her eyes to see it happening. See him change with the overlapping moon. Tears streaked down her face as she felt his hand dissolve from hers. She was right there at the safe haven. Only 3 steps too late. Like two peas in a pod she also fell victim to the moon. Sharing his fate.

Pairing: Nishikido Ryo/Tegoshi Yuya
Note: Based on the fact that Ryo got really emotional at his last birthday party (he said he wanted to cry seeing 40 of his friends in the same room, drinking and having a good time).
He wasn’t much for surprises but when they came he never rejected them. So when he opened the door to his home to see all his friends screaming happy birthday he felt; overly shocked, slightly embarrassed but overall like the luckiest guy on the planet. Kei had brought out a cake that he baked, Tomo followed behind with a bottle of champagne, Massu brought the presents close and Shige just smiled and congratulated him on aging another year.
Last was Tesshi, who was sitting on the couch looking like he owned the place, walked towards the boy, sat beside him, kissed his cheek then wished his boyfriend a very happy birthday.
Ryo-tan’s face burst into a huge grin as tears welled up in his eyes. He really never felt so blessed. A true gift from God.
Snow Express

Time stops like in a child’s dream …
That one thought is what made the bus slow to a halt. He looked around amazed at how the other people were still. His attention then turned to the window as he saw the snowflakes linger in mid fall. Ryo turned to his seat mate in amazement.
“How did you…”
The other smirked, “Magic my love. It’s what I do.”
With that Ryo awoke from his peculiar dream. The image of this mysterious person burned into his retinas. When he blinked open his eyes he noticed the exact same person leaning over him.
Ryo blinked again as the man smiled lightly at him before calling for a stretcher.
“Who are you?” Ryo asked.
The mysterious man continued to smile, “Guardian Angel Fairy, Ueda Tatsuya at your service.”
