(no subject)
Quickie reading before I roll off to bed. Today's card was The Empress.
Some thoughts:
☆ I am in no position now to start new creative projects, and won't be until my vacation in June (and after that, not until I get my license by early July [/crosses fingers]). But, that doesn't mean that I'm not able to think about these things, and maybe pluck away at them on weekends.
☆ Then again, this might not be about writing at all. It could very well be a general "now that the weather is good, take advantage of it and take care of yourself" kind of message. In which case: Yes ma'am!
☆ Going for runs outside rather than inside might be a good idea, since it's daylight here for so long. I'll have to invest in some good mosquito repellant.
☆ One of the sites I looked up suggested that, broadly, this card can be indicative of encouragement to nurture and support those around you. Now, offline (as opposed to online), I'm not exactly the kind of guy that is... kind and caring and nurturing. I'm kind of a grump in general. But there are ways to take care of people while still being a grump, and I can do that. Starting with the yardwork.
