So I woke up and remembered why I started this. I felt and saw myself a lot less bulgier than the day before.It made me feel like I can keep doing this because I am seeing results. ( it also made me really want to go to the gym) I didn't wake up super hungry, but i made my chocolate shake with a banana and ice blended in. Delicious! I think I wanna buy these shakes for breakfast once i'm off the "reset" lol. Went to work, had my snack at at work. Then for lunch I bought a salad from burger lounge. this is one of my favorite salads. Vegetable salad: romaine, spinach, red onions, sunflower sprouts, cucumbers, jicama, grape tomatoes, shredded carrot,corn, cotija cheese, and basil vinaigrette (witch i asked them to leave the cheese and dressing out)
This is it without the cheese.
At around 3 pm I had my second snack and went home to have my shake at night. I didn't exercise yesturday because I felt like I didn't want to push it with not eating real food in a couple of days but I am planning to go the day after ( Friday the 13th oooouuuuuuu)
So here ends day 3- motivated again for the last 2 days :D
