The high-pitched ringing in my ear
The consequence of standing front row at a concert.
I thought it wasn't that bad, until I got home where it's quiet and the ringing is all I can hear. Just in the left ear too. :O
ANYway! I just went to the (holy crap, FREEE??) Forever the Sickest Kids concert with Kelly :) It was way more exciting than Ra Ra Riot's, but I enjoyed their music more. FTSK encouraged the swirling of people which eventually turned into full-on pushing and shoving. Wearing flip-flop sandals = bad idea. Got stepped on a lot but at least they were skinny Asian girls instead of giant dudes. Come to think of it, the audience had to be 70% female... I've got some of my own stories about the show and after the show but... huhuhuh - it seems personal XD
Unfortunately, Sister couldn't make it so instead I had to rock it out for her. She's already getting a souvenir lol.
The Loft is actually a great place for small concerts. Sadly, it just recently opened on the UCSD campus, and I am just on my way out. Why does all this awesome stuff come when I'm about to graduate?! Guess I'll just have to live it up and do as much as I can, go to as much as I can, and experience everything UCSD has to offer before I no longer call San Diego my home.
