It's temporary, and it's more likely frustration, but gahh.
Since I actually have a life I have to return to after Japan, I decided to look up my book list for the coming quarter so I can order them in advance (and not have to pay the ridiculously expensive prices of the UCSD books).
And I'm very frustrated that the class I had to drop twice (and have one last chance to take it) before has a book list totalling over $250, and has a bajillion books! Does this professor seriously think we're going to read all of this?! I took this class with this professor 2 years ago (but had to drop it), and there is only ONE book that is the same. And unfortunately, this was also the professor that was kind of an elitist bitch that made the tests nearly impossible for undergraduates.
If only I hadn't screwed myself over by missing the midterm with the good professor last year ~_~ .....
I'm considering just reading from the reserves at the library, but somehow I feel I'll slack off and just not read them anyway.
But then, I never read for class anyway... why do I care if I have the books?
