Joel McHale - I love him! I have only seen one episode of Community (the pilot) which was okay, is the show any good?

Community is fantastic! It's definitely one of the most consistently funny shows this season. You should try watching a few more episodes for sure. Also, Joel McHale is all kinds of hot in it. If that's not a selling point, I don't know what is.

I definitely want to give it try, once Ashes to Ashes finishes next month. I can concentrate on other shows to watch.

How's Ashes To Ashes? I watched the first couple of eps of S1, but I just couldn't do it without Sam and Annie. I'm curious: do they talk about them after the Pilot?

Ashes to Ashes is definitely my favourite show at the moment. The Sam Tyler thread is very prominent in the 3rd series as Alex Drake is investigating his death. Also, Sam & Annie were mentioned last season and to quote Jackie Queen the “happiest couple I ever saw”. DCI Litton is going to be in an episode later in this series.
