Hello there =) Yumi here.
True, True, Lie is a three-shot, a short story divided into 3 parts. Originally, it was supposed to be a oneshot but as I wrote on, it became lengthy and was too long to be oneshot. I didn't want to overwhelm my readers with thousands of words at once so I decided to divide them.
True, True, Lie was inspired by a movie thriller of the same title (True True Lie) that I watched about a month back and a very deep quote I came across...

Combining both, the idea just popped! ROFL. Of course, not to worry, although this fic shares the same title of a movie thriller, this is more of light-hearted (and hopefully cute, to you) story actually. Although this three shot does have tinges of angst(just a lil bit), it's still sweet to me. Well, of course, you can judge for yourself since I can be biased(I was the one who wrote this anyway XD).
I wanted to try something a lil comedic, light, subtle, cute and sweet for once. I've been writing angsty, dark, sad, mellow fics all my life and to be really honest, I've grown quite sick of it (although I still love writing dark fics), hahaha. So yeah, this is my FIRST TIME attempting to write something of the 'romantic comedy' genre, BE NICE to me, ok? ><.

Part I
Present...
The sun shone tantalizingly through the curtains. The bright light crept its’ way across the wooden floors and settled onto a figure on the bottom level of a bunk bed.
Chaerin groaned, shielding her eyes with her arm from the glaring light. She blinked slowly as she gained her focus, only to find herself regretting it. The room spun. The insides of her brain were slamming against her skull and she felt slightly nauseated.
Deciding to go back to sleep so that she can rid herself of the sharp pain in her head, she turned onto her other side and attempted to fall back asleep.
Her intentions were put to a stop when she was greeted with an unexpected sight.
Chaerin's eyes grew wide as she stared at the familiar face that was just inches away from hers.
His eyes were closed, his lips slightly parted and his blonde hair was tousled. She averted her eyes to his bare shoulders and almost instantly, she was overwhelmed with shock.
To confirm her suspicions, she slowly lifted the blanket covering them.
Just a bit. I'll just lift it till I see his stomach then I'll close it back. I'm not peeping, I'm not peeping. She said to herself.
Chaerin closed one eye as she timidly looked under the blanket.
It was then she saw it.
Shocked, she quickly lowered the blanket.
Ohmygawd.
Was this real? Was he really naked, lying next to her on her bed?
Wait, this wasn't her bed. She realized.
It was Dara's.
Sh.it.
She then quickly turned back to her other side and scanned her surroundings.
Clothes were strewn everywhere, from one end of the room to the other. She blinked again. Fuzzy memories of the night before began to replay like bad TV reception inside her head. Slowly, the images in her mind gradually became clearer and realization hit her hard.
It really did happen.
