Welcome, New Quarter...you bitch
Almost all of the Japanese department was to be on sabattical this quarter. Sabbatical? Something like that. Anyway, there were no non-language classes available for Japanese. But Prof. Nathan came back! He took pity on us, and he's offering modern literature this quarter! That's what I wanted to take from him!
So...I dropped my English seminar, because next quarter's seminars sound much cooler. I want to take Dystopian Fiction (post-apocalyptic literature). We're watching Blade Runner! Yee!
This improves my final two quarters at UCSB. Hopefully, the education department will also cooperate.
