I'm going to take a crazy stand here and say that hurricanes suck.
I'm so sick of evacuating. I wish the damn hurricane would completely destroy my place so I could get money to get the hell out of here for good. People that don't live here are very judgemental and say "why do you live there?" well, its fucking expensive to move! Its hard to leave your family and making barely above mininum wage its almost impossible to get the money to get out. Its like a perfect storm of being a desolate statistic. If I figure a way out, I don't think I will ever be back even to visit.
I spent so much money evacuating for the non hurricane gustav, this hurricane is much more damaging, no one can afford to leave this week.
Its ridiculous.
