I can proof and/or copyedit pretty much anything in English -- in real life, I do this for a living. I'm an American from the Midwest, but I'm reasonably familiar with UK usage, especially from around the 1980s, from having devoted much of my fannish life to The Professionals.

I'm fine with any rating or content, though I tend to be squeamish about RPF sex scenes.
