Summary: The kingdom of Lacroix finally had their princess but a misunderstanding almost cost the princess her life. In the middle of a fairy war, can the prince get the chance to wake her princess?
Its a battle of good versus evil... will the fairies stop the evil creature who threatens to take their lives?
As they fight to protect the human and fairy kingdoms, will the fairies be also able to find their true love?
Chapter 6: THE MEETING
Sixteen years later…
“Patey! Diane and I are going to town to buy wheat and other stuff for your cake. Please guard the house.”
A young lady with long straight black hair and adorable smile came out of the kitchen and hopped over to Sue.
“Okay Sue… is Irish back?”
Diane grinned and ruffled Patey’s hair making the latter pout, “call us unnie… we’re older than you are”
Patey pouted and crossed her arms “But you don’t look any older than I am so why would I call you unnies?”
“Aw, you’re so sweet…” Diane looked over at Sue and grinned, “Patey said we look as old as she is, isn’t our godchild sweet?”
Sue sighed and shook her head, “Diane… we really need to go. We don’t have enough ingredients for Patey’s birthday cake.”
Diane smiled and gave a kiss on Patey’s cheek before she went out of the house. Sue hugged their god daughter and patted her cheek lightly, “close all the doors and windows… you can walk around but don’t go too far and don’t talk to strangers. Irish would be here in an hour or so.”
“I know Sue… I’m turning sixteen not eight. Go, I’ll be fine here.”
Somehow Sue had this feeling that something bad is somewhere close so she and Diane will go and scout the area.
Irish had gone to Axiem and asked for updates regarding their situation. A few meters away from their home, Diane raised her hand and from her palm, a white rosebud came out…
“Gyuri…”
The rosebud opened and revealed a beautiful pixie who smiled and bowed at Diane. “Do you need anything, mistress Dify?”
“Gyuri, you will serve as our eyes and ears while we are away. Do not reveal yourself to anyone, even Patey. And in case you detect the presence of anything evil. Alert me, Ivy and Suzy. Got that?”
The pixie nodded and flapped her wings slowly before she took off. Sue looked at Diane worriedly, “is Gyuri enough?”
“Sue, don’t worry too much. We were able to hide the princess for 16 years… we will not fail now. Has Yuki and Ivy come back?”
Sue shook her head and sighed, playing with a little whirlpool she summoned on her hand. “Yuki came back a few days ago with updates from Equion. Ivy is still in Axiem… I haven’t heard anything from the other kingdoms.”
Diane glanced at the direction of the house they had been living in for the last 16 years before nodding at Sue who was waiting for her response. “Let’s go make that cake for our godchild “and so the two continued their way to the
town.
Meanwhile, Patey had just finished cleaning the house and is now playing with her pet cat. “I’m bored… how about we get out Shie?”
The cat looked at Patey and sniffed her palm… “Yosh! Let’s go then! Let’s get some wild berries and apples and maybe Diane or Sue can make us apple pie or berry pies!”
Patey scooped Shie in her arms and took the basket near the door, double-checking the windows and the back door before skipping out of the house. She went to the raspberry bushes and started taking out the ripe ones whistling some random tune.
“Hm… I think I got enough raspberries, so its blueberry time!”
Patey laid Shie on the ground as she walked over to the blueberry bushes and immediately took some for her berry pie. She stopped in the middle of picking berries when she heard someone singing…

Patey walked towards the source of the voice and hid behind a tree once she was close enough to hear well. Resting under the tree was a young man wearing formal attire, a handsome black stallion standing beside him. He had onyx black hair that was side parted, bangs covering one of his eyes that were closed as he was singing passionately. He had a sharp nose and from where Patey was standing she can see that the guy had flawless and clear skin.

The young man stopped singing and stood with his sword on his hand, “I know someone’s there. Show yourself or I’ll be forced to attack you.”
Patey gulped and hid further into the trunk of the tree, determined to not show herself but her cat seemed to have other plans when it jumped out.
“Shie!”
