As they fight to protect the human and fairy kingdoms, will the fairies be also able to find their true love?
Chapter 19: The reunion
Wooneuk Castle Balcony
The group appeared on the balcony of the castle… Prince Changmin placed the bags he was holding down and looked around the empty balcony, “where are they?”
Patey tugged on Dify’s dress and whispered, “Are you sure I’m welcome here? I don’t see anyone…”
Dify patted Patey’s cheek and smiled “Of course… you are the princess everyone had been waiting for 16 years… your parents are probably with the fairy royalties preparing for your party tonight.”
Yuki followed Changmin’s eyes, shrugged and took the bags her fiance was holding and dropped them on a chair… “Come on, our parents are probably somewhere around here.”
The six walked around with Yuki and Changmin in front and the others following them at the back… Patey was amazed at the intricate designs of every hallway, every painting and she stopped in front of a particular large painting…
“Patey what is it?”
Suzy smiled when she saw the painting Patey had been looking at, the other fairies stopped and flocked around the human princess who was still engrossed at the painting…
“They are your parents… King Kangin and Queen Leeteuk…”
“My parents?”
“Yes… they are both good looking aren’t they?”
Patey nodded furiously; still unable to fully comprehend how she was gifted with such good looking people as parents. She smiled as she lifted her hand to touch the end of the portrait… “My umma looks like an angel…”
Dify grinned, “So he does… he is actually called the Angel Queen because of that…”
“Yuuuuuuuuuki!!!!”
The group heard a loud dolphin like squeal and Yuki smiled, “that’s my umma…”
A sudden flash of light blue and when Patey blinked… Yuki was already enveloped in a very tight hug, “Um...Umma… I can’t breathe…”
King Yoochun shook his head and chuckled, “Baby… let go of our child or she will suffocate…”
“Ah I’m sorry baby princess…”
Yuki smiled and breathed deeply, “its okay umma…”
Prince Changmin sighed and placed a hand on Yuki’s waist, “Auntie Su… do you need to suffocate my fiancée each time you see her?”

Dify raised an eyebrow, “then why are you laughing?”
“Cause she’s cute…”
Suzy and Dify sighed at the same time and shook their heads,” Ivy, introduce Patey to the royalties…”
“Why me?”
Suzy massaged her forehead and exhaled loudly, “you are from Axiem right? It would be better if you do the introductions… Yuki would probably introduce her parents after you start…”

Patey’s eyes were glued to the guy whose eyes turned to crescents when he smiled and to the angel like guy in a white dress whose dimples are very much visible…”a-are you… my parents?”
King Yoochun grinned and lightly pushed King Kangin forward, “what are you both waiting for? Your daughter is asking for her parents…”
King Kangin has this goofy smile on his face and his eyes became crescents, “you got my eyes…”
Patey didn’t waste any time and ran towards her father with tears on her face, “Appa! I’ve always dreamt of meeting you… ”
The human king fought hard to make sure that his tears won’t drop, he was after all the number 1 strongest man in Lacroix… he was doing well until he felt a pat on his shoulder and a soft whisper in his ear, “It’s all right Kangin honey… you don’t have to pretend to be strong, no one here will judge you.”
King Kangin looked up and stared into his wife’s kind brown eyes then the tears automatically fell. He kissed his daughter’s forehead, “you don’t know how much I longed to hug you, my beloved daughter…”
Queen Leeteuk was smiling but there were tears on his face… King Kangin opened his arms and his wife ran towards his husband and the three cried and just hugged each other tightly.
King YunHo smiled and hugged his wife while King Yoochun gave his queen a small kiss and a smile. The Lacroix fairies smiled at each other and the fairy prince gave his fiancée a back hug…
