Summary: The kingdom of Lacroix finally had their princess but a misunderstanding almost cost the princess her life. In the middle of a fairy war, can the prince get the chance to wake her princess?
Its a battle of good versus evil... will the fairies stop the evil creature who threatens to take their lives?
As they fight to protect the human and fairy kingdoms, will the fairies be also able to find their true love?
Chapter 9: Earth and Wind
Down below, the creatures had been trying to get into the house but are unsuccessful because of the barrier created with the fairy’s power. This was the scene that the two other fairies had flown into.
Dark creatures circling the house, the fairy princess killing nonstop in mid air and the West Fairy holding her bleeding shoulder… Dify placed their groceries under a tree, “ah you are safe here…we will need to cook later.”
Suzy meanwhile had flown above the crowd of monsters surrounding the house; she took her wand out and pointed it to the sky…. “Eliminate”. A huge tornado was created and threw all that was near the vicinity, all bleeding and lifeless. The south fairy gripped her wand and it changed into a golden lance, “come to Suzy you monsters…”
The North fairy looked around, seeing the dead plants, trees, animals and sighed, “my poor loves… don’t worry, I’ll revive you all later…”
Ivy finally realized that their backup had arrived and she flew staggeringly to Dify’s location, “Dify!!”
“Ivy! What happened? I can see your pet still killing up there but why is the princess on a rampage?”
The west fairy sighed and smiled weakly, “my fault… I got attacked when I was distracted and so Yuki decided to kill the culprit for me.”
Dify nodded, understanding the situation… “Let’s leave her for now. She can finish all of them anyway. We’ll just summon Prince Min to stop her later on. For now, let’s call Suzy so you can be healed.”
Ivy nodded and allowed the north fairy to pull her behind as the latter gripped her wand and change it to a whip with thorns. Dify launched an attack at those in front of her immediately eliminating them in the process.
“Suzy, I’ll handle those! Heal Ivy quick!”
The south fairy struck four trolls at one swing and saw the waving North Fairy and the West’s bleeding shoulder. A nod and another three dark guardians, Suzy flew to Ivy and Dify’s location.
“Okay Dify… change positions…” Suzy chuckled, “My arms are starting to hurt anyway… those creatures won’t stop coming… ”
Ivy frowned, “Yuki was upset cause we fight dragons…and I’m upset cause we have to fight other fairies and former humans.”
Dify sighed, “The funny thing is… I don’t think those things are after us…seeing that we are talking calmly like this and those stupid creatures are still trying to hit the barrier. Ivy, did you make that?”
Ivy shook her head and winced as she accidentally moved her shoulder, “owwie! Ch… no, the princess made that. I was waiting for the punks to arrive.”
Dify grinned, “Great! That means we can rest easy and concentrate on the bloodshed.”
Suzy exhaled loudly and shook her head, “for a fairy with the earth element … you sure love killing.”
Dify smirked and cracked her whip, “what can I say? I love blood!”
“Aish… go now and kill if you like it that much! I’ll patch Ivy up.”
“Aye aye captain!”
Dify flew over close to their house and as she predicted, the monsters had gathered there trying to break the barrier, “Oh no you don’t… you have to get passed me first!”
Three Qiennes faced the North fairy and summoned their respective elements…a flick of a finger and a wall of earth was created effectively shielding the fairy from the harsh summons…
“Let’s see if you can handle me… earth shatter!”
Dify crouched and touched the earth, the land around the house opened… eating all the creatures and closing as if nothing happened. The north fairy smiled at her success but frowned when a drop of blood fell on her face. She looked up and frowned more when she realized it was from a guardian… “ew, Qienne’s blood! Ya Yuki, stop slashing above me!”
“Mianheeeee Dify! I’ll move a little away!”
Dify wiped the blood off her face and hit three more with her whip.
Ivy flexed her arm and sighed… “Sometimes I wish my wind element was stronger, being unable to heal self is troublesome.”
Suzy smiled and patted Ivy’s cheek, “Aw… its all right. I can patch you guys anytime.” She looked at the two fairies that had been killing mercilessly and sighed, “So, should we help or just watch? I don’t think they need help…”
Yuki above is currently on a chase with two fairies while she too was chased by Qienne carrying Krones and five dragons breathing fire she was evading. Dify below just jumped out of a water ball thrown at her path before she lashed out her whip hitting the Qienne directly at the chest.
“Ice blizzard!”
“Leaf blades!”
Ivy created a chair out of water and sat while Suzy floated on air… “But... don’t you think it’s strange that we are given the all out attack right now?”
The south fairy shook her head, eyes still focused as the fairies above got stripped of their wings…”not really… knowing Heechul. He never goes without extra flair.”
“Patey must be bored inside the house… but at least she is safe. By the way Suzy… what shall we do after this? We have been found so we can’t stay here anymore.”
Suzy grimaced as Yuki flew out of the way of a fireball and kicked the Qienne off the Krone then slashed the giant bird into two. “I think it’s time to bring Patey back to the palace. We were planning to bring her there tomorrow anyway, a day earlier won’t hurt.”
Ivy nodded and leaned on the water based chair, “I suppose”. She cringed as Dify unleashed a flesh eating plant that gobbled up two Qiennes. “Guh, where do those two get their stamina? They’ve been at it for the last…” Ivy looked at the sky and calculated based on the sun’s position, “…hour or more.”
Suzy shrugged and watched as creature after creature fall in the hands of the fairy princess and the North fairy. Ivy sighed as she saw the fairy princess evading the five dragons… “I better help Yuki, she can’t harm those dragons but for the life of me… I couldn’t understand what’s cute with those reptiles.”
“It’s the same as me loving butterflies and you loving dolphins, Ivy.”
Ivy scoffed and her wand once again transformed into her bow and arrow, “I bet this has something to do with her fiancé again… “
Suzy chuckled and flicked her finger to create a small gust of wind and trip five trolls about to attack Dify, “Let Yuki be… she’s in love with her fiancé. One day, you’ll find your love too then you will understand.”
Arrow after arrow, the West fairy hit the dragons and they were enclosed in large bubbles suspended in the air. Yuki nodded her thanks and pursued after the dark fairies…
“Come here you back fighter!”
After releasing several Ice blasts, the princess managed to capture the fairies in one ice block and it fell on the ground with a loud thud. The fairy princess landed and walked closer to the block.
“Since I’m kind enough… I’ll let everyone give their last words…”
The dark fairies were smirking and it was obvious that it was pissing the fairy princess, “You might be able to kill me here but my master would eventually have all of your heads! Bwahhahahahaha”
Yuki raised her hand and willed icy air to swirl on her palm; unbeknownst to her… three of the Qiennes were conjuring large balls of air ready to strike her from behind.
Suzy stood alarmed when she saw the Qiennes aiming at the fairy princess’ back… Ivy looked at Suzy weirdly and raised an eyebrow, “What’s wrong Suzy?”
Ivy looked up and saw the Qiennes as well… both fairies flexed their wings and are ready to sprint. “I hope we get there on time.”
“Oh no! They released it! Yuki!!!! Watch out!”
“Yuki!!”
