Dreaming. Dreaming. Day dreaming in the night instead of sleeping and dreaming.

I've been really wanting to improve my health and lately have been making some production steps and some rather non-productive steps. Phil and I's eating has been a little out of whack but we've been trying. We discussed planning our meals out before grocery shopping in hopes to save some money and have better eating habits. To be fair, Phil and I are generally healthy eaters but have been trying to remove excess carbs and processed foods. We found that we tend to regress when we don't have a plan. Also, we've been very lucky to have great access to dumpster produce that is nearly fine except some bruises.

Maybe planning really is the key to success in goals. I really would like to be working out more but I don't really have a plan of what I want to accomplish.
