With You Chapter 9
ANCHOVY'S TURN
Donghae was a constant cloud of depression ever since that day. He would try to smile weakly then sigh. He tried to avoid spending any time with his shared room with Hyukkie since he couldn't face him. As a result to that, he became a little clingy to Yesung. Ryeowook understood that second to Eunhyuk, Yesung was Hae's best friend but he couldn't help but feel irritated every time Hae would appear when he was having a moment with Yesung.
"Yesung-ah. . "Ryeowook cutely said.
"Wookie-ah. . ."Yesung replied.
"Do you know why I'm glad that there are no more SJ M promotions?"
"Why,Wookie?"
"Because I get to . . ."Donghae suddenly appeared behind them. "Aish! Donghae hyung!"
"Hi,Ryeowook."Donghae mumbled, not noticing the coldness in Wookie's voice.
Yesung shook his head then sighed. "Hae. We were kind of in the middle of something."
"I told you that I wasn't ready. I can't believe how much my heart hurts." hae replied.
"Donghae hyung, mind letting me in the secret? maybe I could even help you."ryewook offered. He couldn't stay mad at a person who was
so down. He was also hoping that after they resolved the fishy's problem, he could finally spend some alone time peacefully with yesung.
"anchovy."Yesung and Donghae chorused.
Ryeowook nodded his head. It was so obvious. "What about him?"
"Hyukkie rather cuddled with heechul hyung than me." Donghae said miserably.
"Huh?"
yesung explained what happened and Ryeowook nodded appreciatively. He completely understood how Hae felt. If the same thing happened to him ,he would be depressed,too.
"Have you tried talking to him?"ryeowook asked.
"Nope. He's scared of what hyukkie might say."Yesung answered for Donghae.
"Hyung,you have to try. Nothing's going to happen if you won't act."
Donghae looked at the two lovebirds then nodded. He knew that they were both right and he left to think of what he was going to say to eunhyuk. He was thinking deeply that he didn't notice that he was walking straight to someone.
"Ouch. Donghae, can't you look at where you're going?" Hyukkie said while rubbing his forehead.
"Sorry, Hyukkie. i was just thinking."Donghae mumbled. He wasn't ready to face Hyukkie yet so he decided to make a run for it.
"Bye,Hyukkie!"then he ran out of the door.
Donghae's original plan was to just run outside their dorm then walk a little then go back home but he was surprised to see that Eunhyuk was running behind him. Donghae clicked his tongue and just ran faster while Hyukkie kept on chasing him.
"Hae! Damn it! Stop running already!" Hyukkie exclaimed after running for a whole hour.
Donghae stopped on his tracks and ended up apanting. "I didn't tell you to follow me."
"Yeah but i wanted to talk to you."
"What did you wanna talk about?" Donghae asked.
"Are you avoiding me?"
"No."
"yes. I''m sure that you're not." Eunhyuk's voice was dripping with sarcasm.
"Seriously,I'm not."Donghae insisted.
"Then why don't you hang out with me anymore? You're becoming a third wheel to Yewook,you know."
"I don't care."
"You didn't answer my question."
"I don't want to."
"Hae. . ."
"Look,Eunhyuk. Just go hang out with Heechul hyung. i just can't hang out with you."
"How did Heechul hyung get in the conversation?"
"Well, you did cuddle with him."
"Huh? Oh. Wait, is this about the other day when i let him lay his head on my lap?"
"Thanks so much for reminding me."It was Hae's turn to use sarcasm.
"What's wrong with you,hae? You know how Heechul hyung is when he doesn't get what he wants."
"Well,you pretty much sided with him."Donghae could not believe how whiny and jealous he sounded.
"What is the matter with you? i don't see what's wrong here."
"Of course you don't see it. You probably don't see that I like you,do you? Omo. .wait. ."Donghae blushed. He hadn't meant to confess that
way.
"You. . .like . .me?"Hyukkie said,blushing.
"Yeah. But if you don't. . .well, I don't mind. . .it's just that."Hae's ranting was silenced with a kiss. It was just a mere peck but it made the both
of them blush.
"I like you too,Hae." Hyukkie smiled.
"What? You do?" Donghae was stunned.
"yes,you stupid fish."Hyukkie laughed then slung his arms over Donghae's shoulders. "you don't need to be jealous of Heechul
hyung,okay?"
Donghae smiled then kissed Hyukkie on the cheek. "Of course. I'm just glad that my anchovy is finally mine."
Hyukkie laughed. "I was always yours,Hae. You just didn't know it,"
