New & Fresh Layout for my Sweet Little LJ~

I kinda felt that my old layout (and kinda my first try on a somewhat self-designed one) was way too dark and I kinda got to dislike it, since it was my first try and I wanted to create something better. So here's my second try (well actually the third, but I dun think anyonne seen my actual second try cuz it only lasted for less than 10 minutes xD), much lighter and a bit more structured~ Also like the blue / white combination and the header. All in all I think I improved~
