Karate Update
I start teaching the women's class tonight after teaching the children's class. I'm excited and a little nervous. I think at the last tally, there has been around 13 people register! Including my mother. O.o
that' not really too weird, in reality. she took karate before but quit when she hurt her back. She hasn't been there in about 10 years but she did have a purple belt when she left. Seh doesn't want to keep her old rank but we will see. She won't exactly be a beginner but who knows how much she remembers. Now, if only she'll listen to me. >.<
I woke up with a migraine today. joy. I ended up taking about a 1/3 of a migraine pill in the hopes that it would help but not make me a zombie. I haven't earned enough sick time since my surgery to take afull day off yet so I couldn't get off work. Plus, I didn't want to be Zombie!Yuki trying to teach two karate classes tonight.
Mr. Yuki is out of town for a few days for work. He hates to travel even if he is only going to New Jersey. I am a little weary of his whining about going. It's probably because I travel so much for work that I don't really mind it.
PS... can some one hook me up with some Avatar avatars? *snerk* I am really getting bored with the icons i have... they have to be at least 3 years old!(not that i don't love them... i'm just tired of the same 6)
