Lost my mind, replayed Broken Home, and this time I took all of the optional in-game challenges-- no deaths, 1 piece of food maximum, 37 minutes or less. AND I SUCCEEDED. 35 minutes!
Thunderous Truth on YouTube has an excellent audio walkthrough for a successful triple-challenge Broken Home run, though you miss out on a lot of the quest's Silent Hill-esque horror flavor by speedrunning it (then again, this quest scares the crap out of me, so that's hardly a bad thing).
If I can manage to do this once per week, there's a 50k Exp. reward in any one skill, which means I could potentially use this to supplement training for frustrating or resource-intensive skills like Prayer, Summoning, or Construction.
Fun fact: Once you've exorcised Ormod Gulvas from the mansion, the quest is complete for speedrunning purposes. I went back through the mansion and shook down all the treasure chests for bonus Exp.
