Ah, a new journal entry! I could post something relevant about my life....I could post musings and/or observations....I could post something about my betta fish....or I could thwart all and just do another meme. Let's go!

From ensuing .........and I have to wonder about this because the first three out of five words she chose are love interests. The other two might as well be. All five are obsessions. Always good to know I'm leaving the intended impression on people.......that of a crazed fanatic!
Link-...............SEE PREVIOUS MEME XD While this is a stellar example of my laziness, most of what I would say about Link really is in the previous meme. So what I shall say here is that I'm uber-psyched for the next Wii Zelda game and can only hope it actually will come out in 2010 (don'tdelaydon'tdelaydon'tdelay!)
Puss in Boots- I first saw him in a magazine before the movie came out. I took one look at him, saw that he was being voiced by Antonio Banderas and fell in love. THERE WAS NO WAY HE COULD NOT BE AWESOME. And he was. I have a lot of Puss in Boots paraphenalia, including a mug, a toothrush, a Pez Dispenser (my pride and joy of the collection), a couple plushies, Play-Dough(!), a T-shirt, a figurine, and others. Many of the items I locate and purchase myself, but at least half of what I listed were actually gifts from good friends who know about my eternal obsession.
I also married him.
Revy- Black Lagoon is a great anime, but even if it wasn't spectacular, I would watch it for Revy. I always joke about how I like women who are really men. Revy is a man. Revy is also a psychotic, trigger-happy mercenary with a killer body and abusively foul language. I have such a gigantic crush on her. I really like that she's a free spirit, she's impulsive, and if there's something she wants, she goes and gets it. She and I are somewhat similar, in those ways. If I ever became a part of her life (and I wouldn't, because I think I would combust in the face of that much badassity) I would be the girl she sees every few months, beds, and then leaves in the morning without a word until the next rendevous. AND I WOULD BE HAPPY ABOUT IT. Yes, Revy can make me forget there is such a thing as self-respect, however, she is also the only one who can.
Cats- If this word wasn't on this meme, there would be a problem. Anyone who knows me at all knows I love cats. They are the most beautiful animals in the world. They have been my favorite animal since before I was born. Yes, before I was born. People give me cat gifts because they know I love them and because they know they will always be welcome and that being said, my room is FULL OF CATS. I mean, I'm looking around right now, and cats everywhere. I also think my personality is similar to a cat's: I like attention and can be affectionate, but there are times I really prefer to be alone. If there is a shiny thing, it has my complete attention. I enjoy cuddling and often insert myself on top of people. I enjoy stalking. When I first meet someone, I am either shy or audacious. I am territorial. I nap often. And I want you to pet me.
Betta fish- I found out how low-maintenance bettas were when I was working at Petsmart and decided to get one for a pet while I was at college. Now I have four, and would have more if I had more space. Compared to cats, betta fish are a fairly recent obsession, but they're the first thing I look at when I enter a pet store. I love that they have personalities and enjoy interacting with humans, as well as the fact that they come in different colors and shapes. It's also nice when I can tell the males and females apart. Speaking of bettas, I have a new one, but I'll make a separate entry for him. Someday (WAY in the future) I might be interested in breeding them.
