Easter is around the corner and it just so happens that I only have today off before Monday, with afternoon-shift-filled schedule. It means literally ALL the cooking has to be finished tonight. Problems? None. Well, maybe I'd like two or three more hours before midnight, cause there's no cooking or otherwise making living person sounds after my mum goes to sleep.
Since I stopped caring about the religious side of Holidays, most of them are simply a great excuse for big cooking with overpriced quality ingredients. For me - a holiday in itself. There will probably be some pictures later, when I'm actually proud, and not just filled with expectations.
