I think I've now realized that although I'd really like to collect comic books themselves, the collected series/graphic novels/whatever you'd like to call the volumes they're selling, well, they just seem like a much easier thing to keep. I realized I haven't posted since before my birthday. Interesting. I had more friends wish me a Happy Birthday on Facebook than I did last year. I worked out for the first time this year. I don't know if it's masochistic to enjoy how sore I am the next day, to a degree. I've realized a little note I read in one of my not quite how-to books on comics has really helped me when it comes to laying out pages. The artist said he would use cards about the size of baseball cards to figure out the flow and the subject matter from a script.
