My Computer Lives! and bead making
After a hiatus lasting 4 solid months, my computer is now hooked back up to the internet. How, might you ask? Wirelessssssssss. *rubs hands together* So, yes, I am a happier girl. Writing this entry is one of the first things I'm doing now that I have internet on my computer again (it's been too long). Even better, I was the one to set up and install everything. A good accomplishment after following yesterday.
Yesterday? Yesterday, I had a bead making class at the local community college. 7 hours of it (it was a one time thing), involving a special blow-torch, glass and getting over the shakes at being that close to high speed fire. But I can proudly say I made 7 beads (only one cracked and it's still in one piece) and another one really turned out nice. Don't know if I would take it up as a hobby, though, fire and me don't mix well.
