herbal, and
Swedish versions.

To poach eggs in a cup without sticking, put in a big blob of butter or olive oil (better for hangovers as it's dairy-free). The egg will float and poach in the fat, which adds flavor, but you don't actually have to eat the fat.
Whole Multigrain Bread is a healthy and flavorful option.
Roasted Vegetables make a nice addition to breakfast.
High-protein foods include
venison.
Nuts add fat without grease. This recipe for

Flying monkey on your back -- an addiction to zetetic substances or devices, or superpowers. This can be even more difficult to break than ordinary addictions, which is where the phrase "
monkey on your back" came from.
Gate-R -- a psychoactive drug that reduces feelings of shame, guilt, and anxiety so people just don't care about what's wrong in their lives. It tends to cause scar tissue inside blood vessels, and can literally make people's arms and legs rot off, but it also does enough nerve damage that they don't always feel it. Occasionally it causes people to develop patches of scaly alligator skin or other reptilian traits. Carl Bernhardt was involved in creating a number of street drugs based in part on animals, including Gate-R.
H-Force -- a zetetic street drug designed to enhance muscle development and speed, based on material from horses. It can also cause muscle spasms, fragile bones, and respiratory problems. Occasionally it causes people to develop Super-Strength, Super-Speed or primal traits. This is a second-generation drug inspired by the work of Carl Bernhardt.
MOOVE -- a zetetic street drug intended to cause intense sexual arousal, which works on both sexes. It is based on material from cows. Unfortunately, it has a variety of unpleasant side effects, like random lactation and allergies to dairy products. It raises the risk of problems in the sexual organs. It can cause some people to manifest bovine traits. Most manifestations happen to the user, but it also increases the chance of giving birth to an infant with animal traits.
"
It Gets Better" is highly charged because some people love it while
others hate it. Sometimes
it actively makes matters worse. That really comes down to how people feel about both the phrase and their situation. If it resonates with them, like it does for Tarnish, they may find it a valuable life preserver. For others, it works more like a brick. A key point is that life doesn't get better by chance, it gets better by choice. That means people need both the tools and the power to make
meaningful changes in their lives.
