Birdfeeding
Today is partly sunny and warm. There are some tall clouds, some dark and others white, moving fast from south to north.
I got a new thistle sock, though I haven't put it out yet. I've seen house finches today.
I planted wild onions around the maple tree in the yard by the house. It finally occurred to me that instead of putting just spring bulbs and sometimes comfrey around trees, I could add more things. Wild onions, like daffodils, discourage pests. I have partridge pea (nitrogen fixer, insectary) and blackberry lily (insectary) that I could put in some places too.
