I doubt he realizes there is such a thing as objective fact.

Well... Kant says there Kan't be an *objective* reality, because we Kan't get out of our own heads ... but certainly Putin's reality varies radically from consensus.....

I imagine that must be very limiting for people who actually have that restriction. Conversely I had to be reminded that most people spend their whole lives inside only one person's head -- their own -- and therefore find it confusing when an author skips around multiple viewpoints in a story.
