I'm really sorry. I came home from training and meant to lay down for an hour or so. Just now woke up. I knew I was tired but I had no idea I was going to sleep the day away and not pleased about it either. Can we plan something for next weekend?

Could, I guess. You arrange it; I admit, I've been pretty damn miserable. Being blown off by a friend hurts, especially when you value the friend.
