Ysabet - aaaackthud says: See, I found this pattern (http://geobabe.livejournal.com/227621.html) and I have a small batch of stuff I spun, the purple/blue/sparkly stuff that's been living on the table in the living room for months, and I want to USE it but all I had were size 8 needles and I needed smaller, so (**deep breath**) I got some bamboo skewers like you use for shishkebabs and I chopped off the points and
Ysabet - aaaackthud says: rounded 'em off with sandpaper, a dremel and a rock. And then used a beeswax candle to wax 'em and wiped the surplus wax off and put beads on the ends and they're LOVELY. **gaspgaspthud**
