NYC - Sunday, 10/22/07
........moan............... neeeeeeeed new legs............
Today I went to Inwood Park to see some old indian caves; neat place, wwwwwwway freaking away up at the very northernmost tip of Manhattan; our guide was a guy named Sidney who knew the history of the place inside out and could walk and climb disgustingly well; made me feel SO out of shape. Afterwards I got amazingly lost on the subway system, then ended up at the Metropolitan Museum of Natural History (!!!) and tromped around for HOURS. Ate a hotdog out on the steps first, chatted with a bunch of NY cops (nice people; where are the mean New Yorkers I hear so much about? Everybody's been just GREAT) and then staggered to the subway again and went back to the hotel. After collapsing for a few hours, I went out for more sushi (mmm!) and then to the Sunburst Cafe to use their WiFi, which is where I am right now.

**whine** Am missing my critters and my flat-mate and my friends; is everybody okay? MAN, I wish y'all were here with me! And my sister Denise and her kids too!
