Kyle is off to work on the graphic novel with Raz tonight, and I get the place to myself. again!
So, I made a pot of tea, am working on knitting some of my green shrug (yeah, still not done), will play with fabric combinations for quilt ideas a little later (after I get bored of k2p2 ribbing), and am heating up an Amy's Vegetable Pot Pie for dinner (only 160 calories!).
Other news, the owner of the dream house didn't counter offer, so he must be wanting pretty much his asking price not to even counter. Sucks! Because as I sit here and type this the news is saying how housing prices have fallen 10% from where they were this time last year. 10%!!!....I still don't think it hold water anywhere in this area. Because this doofus flipping my dream house bought the thing for $365 in 2005 and is now asking $489...All I see is increase. Increase increase increase. And homes just out of our price range. And one's in it, you couldn't pay me to take.
