1) Met all 20 members of Hubby's family for their reunion, which included a lovely young woman from Shanghai who recently married the oldest of the "A" name cousins. She was very taken with Little Girl and fed her cake on her lap and talked to her in Chinese. Little Girl was starstruck.
2) We went down to the old swimming hole at Midgley Bridge (
http://sedonadrivetours.com/12-midgley-bridge.htm) with its nifty red rocks and natural water slide. This is the site where my youth should have been totally misspent, but unfortunately I was too much of a good girl to do anything but enjoy the water and a little naughtiness with my boyfriend. It was a nice bit of nostalgia for us, which I'm sure Winter_Elf remembers well. Little Girl did not enjoy it that much, not even going down the waterslide on my lap. The water was frigid and she was screaming to get out before we were halfway down.
3) Finished all of the work I took with me.
4) Saw my lovely Mom at her most laid back, and my grandfather at his most coherent. And completely missed out on my aunt, as she was in Hawaii until Wednesday.
5) Climbed up to Hart Prairie and saw the aspen leaves falling like rain.

7) Went shopping in downtown Flagstaff, and fell in love again.
The bad things ... well, I've caught a cold and my laptop has gone KAPUT. Seriously. *groans*
I'll be home tomorrow. I missed you all! *hugs to everyone*
