soo, heres the house im trying to obtain.

Ive decided im going to try to legally take this house.
the owner got it for 1 grand in a lawsuit 17 years ago and has accumulated 6 grand in liens from the city and didnt pay taxes last year. and if he doesnt pay them by november he loses his house. so im going to offer to pay the taxes and pay off his liens in exchange for the house and possibly 1grand for what he spent on it originally. i got copies of every lien and the original paperwork for when he got it and blah blah. HAhaha
