Happy belated birthday to catesby and dapirate!!
Yesterday was also Shane's birthday. It was pretty low-key. I got him a field guide for wild mushrooms. He wants to go out in the woods and find out which mushrooms are edible and make delicious food with them! I'm excited. I love mushrooms. Anyway, Shane is 24 now. What a big boy! I woke up today with a brand new cold. Rats!! This is unsatisfactory! I should probably get dressed and take a walk down the road to see if the dental office has called yet to offer me a job. I really hope so.
It's a beautiful day. I'd really like to go float the river again, but I don't have a raft or a ride. I feel like I should just stay here and nurse my cold. Ugh.
