the electric blanket is the best single invention in the entire world. i now have 2. the good thing is THEY DONT UP THE ELECTRICITY BILL and they keep me HOT. not warm but sweating. unfortunatly i cant do stuff around the house in one, so i need the oil heater. but i am THIS close to returning it, and buying the super expensive soft blanket from work. im obsessed with it. every day i walk by it and feel and dreeeeam about it. but seriously, im returning the delonghi dragon i think and getting the model i borrowed from patty. it doesnt seem to work any better and its almost a 30 dollar price difference. the only reason im hesitating is bc i really did a number on myself buying, then carrying the stupid thing up the stairs. i pulled some muscle in my chest and it still hurts. so id have to go through that whole process again. ugh. but it would be worth it for the blanket. what they really need to invent is an electric robe with a small cord. that way i could still do stuff around the house. knowing me id trip over it though.
