So this summer, I'm all about the working out and trying to get more in shape. And I can definitely already feel the difference between my body now and my body pre-working out. It feels really good.
And I know a lot of people I talk to are doing the Game-on Diet, which is great. So I wanted to provide the work out playlist I've created (and am constantly adding to, so definitely give me your suggestions.
1. The Cup of Life- Ricky Martin. The first words of this song, "Do you really want it?" That will definitely get your ass in gear if you're working out early like I do.
2. Miss Independent- Kelly Clarkson
3. Fingerprints- Katy Perry. This is just my jam. God, I love this song.
4. Do It Well- Jennifer Lopez
5. SexyBack- Justin Timberlake featuring Timbaland
6. Should've Said No- Taylor Swift
7. Fighter- Christina Aguilera
8. Shake Your Bon-Bon- Ricky Martin
9. Waking up in Vegas- Katy Perry
10. Whyyawannabringmedown- Kelly Clarkson. This has a GREAT beat for jogging.
11. Baby Got Back- Sir Mix-a-lot. Great self esteem boost. You'll laugh while you work out.
12. Damn Girl- Justin Timberlake featuring will.i.am
13. Stronger- Kanye West
14. Don't Let Me Stop You- Kelly Clarkson
15. Play- Jennifer Lopez
16. Hot N' Cold- Katy Perry
17. Can't Hold Us Down- Christina Aguilera
