the only winter jacket i owned,
as the winding mariachi band hemmed and hawed at my face,
with hostel peppermint breath,
they frothingly plucked at my eyebrows
dripping lazily down my earlobes,
my cheekbones pulsed as it slopped down my neck
looming down the sides of my breasts,
and soaked into the bed spread,
a warm body leaning down on me
my hands quaked and clasped the bedside table,
a quivering jaw line and a hot mounted wolf,
he mechanically maneuvered his lactic paws through my chest,
he put himself on harder,
his fingers twisted rope and tighten my harness,
i gasped,
hand still fruitlessly searching the bedside,
my struggle made it easier on him,
a balled fist slung low like a python,
all i remember was his teeth waving in my face,
his gnarly smile,
and how the bed had a hard time,
balancing itself on three legs.
