money changes everything
the weather is so beautiful today. all the beautiful people are out (so why am i inside?) haha, oh i'm funny. but seriously, lots of people are out which makes me happy. sometimes i wish i had a puppy so i could take it for a walk on really nice days like these. i have pumpkin, but i don't think that would work out.
when i was driving home, i came in south on lake shore drive and wow, the loops is really growing! i mean i live here, but i never noticed until today how much it's expanding. everything is new and... tall. it's rather nice.
this weekend i went to michigan to take professional photos with my sisters as sort of... a gift for my parents. there's this guy we know up there that does a really nice job. i took some solo ones too but i'm not counting on them being anything great. sometimes i realllly hate myself in photos. oh well, we shall see.
i spent the rest of the weekend at my lake home in michigan with my mom and grandma and my puppy... oh and the kitties. it was extremely laid back since there's nothing to do there except well... lay back =) so it was nice to relax.
today i'm finishing up my drafting and i MIGHT watch the oscars. i really hate watching those things and i'm not sure why. what i especially hate is the red carpet bullcrap they do before the show. "oh darling, you look lovely! what are you wearing!?" "well joan, i'm wearing something that no one watching this can afford!" so why do we give a shit!?!?! i don't =)
i could really go for a pickle right about now. mmmm. pickles. i swear, for my birthday... just buy me a jar of pickles. claussen, dill. i'm set for life!
